Joanna has 20+ years of real-world leadership experience and a proven track record developing thousands of leaders of all levels and industries. She has led several large-scale global change initiatives for high-growth, fast-paced organizations during some of the most complex and uncertain times in our history, while leading people and teams to success.
She is an internationally certified Executive Coach with an PCC designation and a graduate certificate in evidence-based coaching from Fielding Graduate University in California. She graduated with several awards from the Rotman School of Management MBA program with an exchange semester at IE Business School in Madrid and a specialization in International Consulting. She holds a Bachelor of Arts with Distinction in Sociology and French from Queen’s University where she was awarded for her academic excellence in French studies. She also has a Post-Diploma in Human Resources Management from BCIT in British Columbia and a Yoga Teacher Training Certificate from The Octopus Garden that has created a whole host of additional strategies she uses with clients for mindfulness.
Joanna is a multiple award winner for her leadership ability, international work, academic achievements and community involvement from several organizations including Rotman School of Management, TD Bank, Optimum Talent, Double Digit Sales, and Queen’s University. She has volunteered with several organizations, including: The Canadian Cancer Society; Habitat for Humanity; UNICEF; the United Way; SisterTalk; Capital One; and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
