The Emotional Quotient Inventory 2.0 measures an individual’s emotional intelligence. It creates a deeper understanding of how the results affect a participant’s workplace performance (conflict resolution, change management, teamwork, decision making and more) with strategies customized based on individual results. The EQ 360 allows leaders to receive feedback from peers, managers, direct reports, and others on how they leverage their emotional intelligence.

This simulation is delivered in-person or online using Zoom and Trello (and we are flexible on that!) Minimum time is 4 hours - in-person workshops are often best done in 1 day.

The simulation is delivered:

- In 3 hours (great for awareness and some discussion on application)
- In 2 days (great for application to your business context where participants have an opportunity to learn the tools and the business challenge on day 1, work in teams to innovate on the challenge in between sessions, and come back to present on day 2 with lessons learned
The DiSC® is our favourite tool for increasing self-awareness and improving team collaboration. The DiSC model provides a common language that people can use to better understand themselves and to adapt their behaviours with others — within a work team, a sales relationship, a leadership position, or other relationships.
The Myers–Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is a questionnaire indicating differing psychological preferences in how people perceive the world and make decisions.
This is an international best practice tool that we, at KLI, use in our coaching and facilitation methods.
G - Help the client understand their goal for the conversation (e.g. They want to delegate more effectively)
R - Uncover the reality of their situation (e.g. their motivation to change, constraints, beliefs, assumptions)
O - What opportunities exist (e.g. brainstorm solutions, what have you tried/haven’t yet tried, pros/cons, what do you need to make that happen)
W - What will you do and by when to create accountability and action
